The 48-hour funk that has plagued my wounded heart and muddled brain was shattered this morning by the discovery of some forgotten pages from an old running log. The two-page description of an eleven-mile run, in which every possible thing that could go wrong went even more wrong, brought forth laughter of such volcanic heat that snow and ice melted in a 3-foot radius around my frozen feet.

This is not a bad day; that was a bad day. But saving that day's despair made this day joyous, and I am so grateful that I wrote it all down.

Hanbrani Gani (greeting)
in the reading of your post i related to what you were speaking about concerning the one day's ...bring this days bliss.
I thank you for the sharing,
I like most, have had days like that, and sometime years without seeing the light of day.
One thing i remember from the elders are: Hold on tommorow is another day. Most Specific are the Creative Ones, -
The songs, music, writing and Words like yours help to move forward & hold on...until the laughter comes, or the light of living return to our human souls.
Thank you (ashe'} translates as thank you, amen, etc
