I'm like a kid when it snows. i'm a teacher so now I can get the day off to play, too. yea!! yippee!! snow angels and snowmen or sitting inside where it's warm sleeping in and waking to a hot cup of coffee or chocolate. you just can't beat it.

I'm still a student (University of Dayton), and goodness did I feel for one of my professors when we had a snowday - it took her 3 days to shovel out of her driveway! Meanwhile, all of us kids drank it in. The snow was more like sugar granules this year, and it was the first snowday I've ever had at college, so it really was a completely unplanned day where it was difficult to make snowmen or snowangels (though we tried anyway, believe me)... and yet very still outside, and lots of chocolate, hot liquid chocolate, at that, inside our houses on the stoves and inside our bellies... It truly doesn't get better than that. Lachiem to you my friend - Now that its April, (and we had snow yesterday...? I love Ohio), I wish you beautiful spring days. Just don't give a test on one of those days where the sunlight is calling, and if you do, please open a window. The Birdsong is beautiful! Enjoy!
