So it's no secret but it bears repeating, which I plan to do over and over until it is adequately conveyed to my satisfaction, that this is the place where all my good stuff took its nourishment and grew. And still does. I've been quiet because I've been staying up too late launching the new portfolio of the good stuff, but every day, in my heart, I'm grateful for every one of you that leave your virtual vitamins here for me to take.

Speaking of vitamins, how come they shape them like Fred and Wilma and Spongebob but not like coffee mugs or beans???
