Wow, the pictures and the joy around here are catching!

Kindred, I recognize your javascript nonsense scariness... I'm no computer whiz (like my twinny twin twin) but it sounds familiar.

When I post really long posts, I often time out. Now that we have to log in to post, it doesn't work so it goes to javascript if it is too long or big or if you are logged out maybe? I try clicking "PREVIEW" which takes me to a log in screen, which takes me to "Forumblahdiscariness (ahhhhh!)," ... and from there I press "Backspace" and I'm taken back to what I'd written, and can edit and post from there!
I'm used to timing out though because I ramble on and on and on for years. I just laugh at myself now, like when I fall off my bike twice in two weeks (ow!) or blow the surge-protector like I did today.... at least writing too much () doesn't bruise anybody, or come close to almost lighting the house on fire! Maybe try backspace to edit next time? I donno - you seem like far more of a computer whiz with all your colorful and sizalicious jazzed up italicizeorific jazziness than me, so maybe I'm being rhetorical. Hope it sort of helps ^.^
....... Speaking of which, you have me curious... something "too cute" for the kitties??? ~big hopeful eyes of curiosity =^.^=
p.s. I totally feel you on cluelessness of posting pictures... I mean, I can't say I've really TRIED.... *smiles sheepishly*... but then, I live with Krista. and when we don't live together anymore, I can bug the daylights out of her with technological geeky questions

Rich, I've always felt drawn to Colorado... I would adore coming to Boulder, I'm sure. There's a music therapy internship in Fort Collins! If I could find someone within an hour to live with for 6 months I could look into it! *laughs* Actually, unless you take me seriously, its a hospice setting rather than a medical setting, which is the main reason I ruled it out... but if I needed a back up... ya never know? *Grins mischieviously*

And Elle, he's a beautiful human being - and I want to see a wink of YOU!

Mich, your son is sparkling. But don't tell him that - he'd probably prefer the term glowing or something. He radiates some pretty powerful light. I bet he gets that from the gorgeous redhead standing next to him! Is he taller than you yet?

How cool is it to see Mame and Brian and Sassy and Harley and their sparkley eyes? How amazing you all are.

Love and Hugs
(in Love of Life and Leo!)

Peace in your hearts,
With the love of my soul

yes, rich, he has a good face, and a great smile, too, along with a wonderful laugh. he's definitely in shape, eats right (although he can eat like a horse), cooks wonderfully, and is blessed with great metabolism. he does like his beer in the afternoon after work, which is his only vice, so not a bad package overall.

sassy, glad to hear you approve! i still can't believe we ended up together, and i wasn't even looking.

and mallory, looks aside, he is a beautiful human being. he has a good heart, is honest, hardworking, a good father, a good sense of humor, and everyone likes him. it's hard to ask for more than that in a person, you know?

thanks, mish! and i love it that it worked out that the picture comes up on the top of the page...first thing i get to see on it! can you tell i haven't seen him today yet?

i wish you could see him in person...it's so much better, and that's just in a t-shirt and jeans! he really looked good the other night when he had on his dress clothes for me to check the hems. he definitely has a sense of fashion about him, although he's not egotistical at all.

so....are you telling me that you would be happy if we can figure out how to clone him???

It sure sounds like you've hit the jackpot! But no...clones are never as good as the original.

LOVE the picture of Mallory!!!...and yes, she'd be a natural in Boulder.
And I'm always a sucker for cute kitties.

Kindred,

As to what happened to some of the photos...Starr uses Kodakgallery.com and for some reason there, if no one has looked directly at the source where these live on the internet in a long time, the link won't work anymore. Not sure why. Since I have edit powers and can see where the link leads, I went and looked at them directly, refreshing them for you.

The other thing that can happen, since these are just links to the actual pictures, is that the owner of these pictures has reorganized their stuff on (for instance) photobucket. If you move a picture to a different folder or remove it from photobucket or wherever you are storing the original, then the link to it is broken, so we can no longer see it here.

Wow~ Thanks for the great explanation, Mamey... & with large letters & small words! YaY!!! I can Understand!!
Mallory~ I read some of what you wrote & liked it a lot... but... have to admit.. I took some pain meds & your pink tone is just too much of a combination to make my eyes cross! NOT to have you change the Pink! I just need to read later, when I'm ...more coherent.

And.... You know, Elle.... Speaking from one, herself....
Did you Really think we'd not notice the clever dancing you're doing about posting a pic of... Idon'tknow.....
YOU???
nice try.

mish...i'll be sure to ask about any friends in CA. so far, all his friends that i've met have been really nice guys. you aren't anywhere around the fires, are you?

and kindred...i really am not one that likes myself in photos and don't have any recent ones of myself, mainly because i'm the one that always takes the pictures, but i'll see what i can do fairly soon, if nothing else but to appease the curious.

~smiles apologetically at Kindred~ Sorry about any reason you might need to take pain meds dear one! aww I hope you're feeling better. Definitely was going for violet, rather than pink, but I can see why the light color could be a challenge. Different shades of Purple speak to me of "Sparkly"... or "Calm," or most moods that I'm in... from Pensive to Active, or both, for that matter!

As much as I want to see a photo of Elle, I have gads of others on the list! Like, MORE of Sparkly Kindred (maybe when she's back Home in FL!) and of course, our adventurer Scarlett, and the loveliness that is Kandy. Wee I love pictures! Elle, would your beautiful human being inside and out of a beau be willing to take a picture? Maybe? huh? Huh? =^.^=

I also had to input that in the "essence of Mallory" picture (which was taken in the lovely tall evergreen woods of Chardon, OH at my friend Finny's house), the guitar's name is Talia, and the puppy's name is Fearless Leader. We call her "Fearless" or "Fear" for short, but she really is fearless. And Ridiculously Adorable. Finny just got her this summer when her old Peach Fuzz died and the Black Lab Nell was lonely. Fearless is one of those puppies that will follow you tirelessly (while causing lots of trouble en route), or if you sit still too long she'll take to the woods with all her beagle quirks! Its ironic how much in that picture really is me lol. Especially the music, the nature, the dog... and even the way I happened to be dressed! Though I usually don't pay much attention to the latter. Krista mentioned I don't drink Pepsi much. Its true. I don't think it was mine, but I thought it was funny. We were sitting around a campfire with friends, and that is probably one of the most "me" things to do there is. We'll have to add a campfire to the things to do when we have our Storypeople Get Together!!! (I'll bring the guitar!!!) (Rich can bring his too!!!!!!!!) (Oooh! Who wants to have a drum circle?) *laughs* and scampers off to read more Dostoevsky...

Peace in your hearts,

Under the full moon light, we dance spirit, dance we dance joining, hands we dance joining, souls rejoice! (2 beat pause, then begin again, this time in canon).

Oh boy...Greg and I want to go out west so bad. There's plenty of acerage there for a get-together, eh?

Hugs to all my storypeep friends. (((friends)))
