Kandy,
I can't see the picture here, but if I copy and paste the picture address string into my browser I can see it, and the "img" parameters are correct.
I'm not familiar with picasa. If it gives you different options for the specific address for the picture, (these are usually underneath a thumbnail of the picture), use your edit button here and experiment with your different options by replacing the string you have here with different ones listed.

Sorry, I'm real illiterate in the world of pics and computers.
I did right click on the image in the original post and the images from my picassa were available.
if this works, feel free to view the pics. All the paintings are by daughter Elizabeth, except the ocean scene w girl in it, it is mine of me when I was ten.
