Ok, first thing...a man that "gets" shoe shopping??? Is that even possible?
But get it he does!!! All the checking out each pair and oooohing and aaaahing over the colors and the styles and the fabric...

I am a heel, sandal, well anything that isnt a tennis shoe lover. (After being a spongebob squarepants in a uniform for seven years it has been nice to dress all girly) I need to go to Nine West anonymous don't I?

But, that being said... at home you can't keep me in shoes. (I think that's why I like belly dancing as it is all barefoot)

I have been in the same pair of boots all winter. Just one more reason why I need to move. Ugh. (And no - that is not the kind of boot - lol)

accept who you are then let her be. happiness follows.

man, if ya'll would just buy Birks--they come in all colors and styles...you could wear socks with them in the winter and barefeet with them in warmer months...and you would not have to worry about heels and shoe polish and sequins falling off and all that sorta' tedious stuff.

life without shoes is grand!

Peace,
Jo

ya' know, it just occurred to me...i do not need to find someone who makes room for my shoes...i need to find someone who makes room for my coffee....

I just did the same...that's my kinda sandal, right there. Find me a discount coupon and we're good to go! Or...just get me a pair for my bday, which happens to fall in the middle of July.

I wear four different pairs of shoes a day:

8 a.m.--girly heels
noon--running shoes
5:30 p.m.--something practical & easy, on & off for yoga class
6 p.m.--barefoot in yoga
8 p.m.--Beavis' clown shoe sandals to feed the mutt

What does the mutt think of the clown shoes, Sass? Does he go as gaga for the shoes as the food?

No. For the mutt at dinner time, all is food, and I'm just the mode of delivery. I could be dressed like Buck Rogers and he would still just leap and dance and cavort that some humanoid came to bring him his dinner.

I swear to you, the dog actually sings with joy (sounds just like howling) when you walk toward the shed where the kibble is kept. I've taken to singing (howling) back at him.

Dog: OOOOOOoooooooo, yooooooouuuuu bring me foooooooooood!
Sass: OOOOOOoooooooo, I bring the foooooooooooood!

i am telling ya'll, once you try Birkenstocks, you will never go back...and for you girlie girls (including A lol) they have some foo foo styles.

Araf, you can drink coffee with me even in heels...i will make exceptions for all storypeeps . btw i love your kitty avatar--is that a pic drawn by one of your kids? it is so cool.

Sass, my 16 year old cat does the same dance and sing-song when it is chow time...she chirps and yowls and is suddenly able to fly across the bed without using the step stool that i keep there for her. go figure!
i just know my life would be incomplete without pests, er pets .

Peace,
Jo

Hello,

Shoe shopping is really very interesting, but shopping for men' s shoes is quite difficult, it takes lots of time in selecting right kind of shoes.
