I am grateful for stumbling across this poem...

NO FEAR

Fear is the true root of all mishap.

A creator of victims, that starts as a

small spark of insecurity.

Igniting our frame with the doubt of ourselves

and our abilities to manifest that which is

perfect for our growth,

it multiplies in our psyche

creating images many times their actual size

blinding us to the vast possibilities within our grasp.

We become fascinated with fear's expansion

feeling fully compelled to feed it.

Suddenly fear becomes larger than ourselves

and we are lost within its grasp.

Better to live fearlessly.

Rip it from your heart deliberately.

Experience that eternal moment of freedom

often mistaken for emptiness.

Allow love to flow in.

You'll never miss fear once it's gone.

It is only the anticipation of fear leaving

that begs it to stay.

Let it go........

Fear will lie to you

in its quest for survival.

Fear is necessary

only to itself.

See the truth.

Know

No fear
Peace in your hearts,

So amazing Mallory, Wow! You are quite connected to the state of our world consciousness with this one! FEAR is the veil we must float above.
It is seductive, isn't it? Keeps us feeling ALIVE, as if we are "doing something" by working to avoid catastrophe at every turn. We create our own fears, of course, and now they are pulsing on a global level.
This illusion of danger was exactly the topic of discussion in the soul alchemy classes I attend every few months. THANK YOU for your artful description !

Thank you for the poem, Mallory. I'm so fearless when it comes to my life...just not my work life....I'm terrified to go out there and find a job. The hat lady is also the half blind lady(literally). I can do a lot of stuff, but I FEAR I can't relate that to a potential employer.....hell, I can't convince myself.
I know what I need to do....I'm on the fence.....I just need to jump over...I'm close, but that doesn't paint the fence! lol
I wish i had a daughter like you. My son comes close...but he is a guy and not as mature....
Hugs,
Tina

You keep growing and moving ahead, Mallory! I have faith in you!

*rooting for T, too*

Beautiful words, O'Malley. And just what I needed to hear. Some say FEAR is false emotions appearing real, others say it is false ego appearing real.

All I know is fear does paralyze and I think it keeps us from becoming all we can be.

Peace and Love,

I know I needed it when I found it... and need it now. I think I'm sweating the small stuff too much... Thanks Rose for your words too, and everyone for respective responses.

"Clinging to gratitude" Love it !
Sometimes it does feel that way, but it's better than clinging to a lead brick LOL!
