It's been 5 years since my sister passed away, and I still miss her every second of every day. I spent her "anniversary" doing some of her favorite things (sitting in the sun with a good book, lunch with friends, manicure/pedicure) and thought about just how much has changed in the world since she's been gone. In some ways I'm jealous of her peace now, and of the unique perspective that I'm sure she's enjoying. I love you, Ginny.

Happy Birthday, Ginny! I miss you so much. I hope you can see how fantastic your kids are turning out, and how much the world has changed since you've been gone. I'm going to listen to some of "your" music today and have some chocolate cake in your honor. I love you and I'll see you again someday!!!
